Thousands of NSW-born Australians will be able to carry their birth certificates on their phones from March when the state government begins rolling out the long-awaited credential.
The Digital Birth Certificate, which has been rearchitected and will now be available through the Service NSW app, will initially be released to people aged 16 to 21, before expanding to other cohorts.
