Hypersonix’s hypersonic scramjet has booked its first flight window, with the Australian aerospace startup on Friday confirming a launch will happen “no later than the end of February” at a Rocket Lab facility in Virginia.
The test flight by Hypersonix’s DART-AE scramjet aircraft will be the first of “seven or eight” over the next four years, Hypersonix chief executive Matt Hill told InnovationAus.com.
