The Tech Council of Australia has found its new chief executive with the appointment of Dr Kate Cornick, a ten-year veteran of the Victorian government’s startup agency LaunchVic.
Dr Cornick replaces current Tech Council CEO Damian Kassabgi, who announced in October last year that he planned to step down, allowing an executive search process to get underway.
Mr Kassabgi will remain a special adviser to the Tech Council board.
