NSW food innovation hub opens after first tenants secured

A long-promised food manufacturing hub backed by the federal government has opened on NSW’s Central Coast, giving local businesses and students access to purpose-built production spaces and other shared facilities.

Funded with more than $18 million in federal government funding, the the 2,100 square metre facility eight years in the making formally opened its doors on Friday at its Ourimbah campus.
