Breakthrough projects round out $36m quantum challenge program

Six cutting-edge quantum translation projects have shared in $12.3 million in federal funding, the government announced on Friday, allaying fears the challenge program had been scrapped.

The funding will see firms like Silicon Quantum Computing (SQC) and QuantX Labs working with industry partners to demonstrate quantum solutions for market led national challenges like stabilising electricity grids.
