Australia’s first open access quantum testbed goes live


Australia has launched its first quantum testbed, joining a small group of countries globally in offering researchers and startups open access to quantum computing hardware.

The National Quantum Computing Testbed went live on Wednesday, almost two years after the University of Queensland received $6 million through the state government’s quantum infrastructure program.
