A sharp rise in drone incursions at sensitive Defence sites across the country has prompted calls for the Albanese government to accelerate the rollout of counter-drone measures.
Defence personnel logged almost 150 sightings of drones operating over or near Defence sites or platforms in 2024-25, the Daily Telegraph reported on Thursday, more than double the year before.
