Sydney University-based R&D startup Emergence Quantum has sold a 22 per cent stake to Singapore-headquartered investment firm Serendipity Capital for an undisclosed amount, in a tie-up expected to produce new companies and products.
The capital boost for Emergence Quantum, or EQ, comes from a high performing venture capital firm that has targeted quantum companies with global scale, and arrives just one year after it launched.
