The federal government is chasing more than $11 million from companies that underspent or abandoned projects that received grant funding through the Modern Manufacturing Initiative.
The outstanding amount has dropped from $18.5 million in the past six months, as the Industry department pursues the final debts raised for Integration or Translation projects.
