NRF ‘will meet’ target returns despite cheap financing orders

Industry minister Tim Ayres on Monday rejected concerns the government’s flagship $15 billion manufacturing fund is being distorted and said it will still meet investment targets despite more than $6 billion being carved out for cheap financing.
