Perth founded firm Kinetic IT will continue to supply Defence’s ICT service desk and switchboard service for another two years under a $53.5 million contract.
Inked last October and announced by Kinetic IT this week, the deal also adds the provision of a new Defence base services contact centre to the local supplier’s remit.
