‘Déjà vu’: Accenture scores new BoM deal after website bust

Accenture has won a $15.7 million Bureau of Meteorology contract to build a new website for the Australian Climate Service, despite the consulting giant’s troubled track record on the agency’s previous website overhaul.

The weather bureau awarded the three-year “platform services” deal earlier this month on behalf of the virtual agency, which also comprises the CSIRO, Australian Bureau of Statistics and Geoscience Australia.
