DTA’s contractor blacklist policy takes effect


Companies behind botched federal government digital projects now face being named on a new underperformance register, in a sign Canberra is taking a tougher stance on the tech sector’s delivery record.

The Digital Seller Underperformance Policy took effect on Monday, following a six-month consultation with industry, which had initially blasted the proposal and demanded it be significantly reworked.
