The federal government has completed its investigation into whether Big Four consulting giant PwC should be allowed to resume bidding for new Commonwealth work in the wake of the tax leaks scandal.
The Department of Finance confirmed its examination had concluded as the PwC government work ban that had been in place for more than 15 months expired this week.
It is unclear whether the agreement will continue in the interim or has been lifted as of July 15, with the department yet to release its findings or update publicly advice.
