State and federal governments on Wednesday bailed out global minerals and metals producer Nyrstar with another $105 million package, allowing the company to complete feasibility work at the Port Pirie and Hobart operations over six months.
The federal, Tasmanian and South Australian governments had already tipped $135 million into an initial rescue package last August for Nyrstar, which employs around 1400 people across the sites.
