The federal government has approached the market for a new SaaS-based platform to administer the $30 billion in Commonwealth grants deployed each year, replacing the troubled Grants Hubs.
The Department of Finance has issued a request for information for software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for grants administration.
It is looking for a whole-of-government uniformed platform to provide the underpinning system for grants across the Commonwealth, which in 2023-24 covered more than $27 billion.
