An upcoming register of tech suppliers that underperform in federal government digital projects will not be shared publicly because of legal risks to the Commonwealth such as defamation.
The Digital Transformation Agency confirmed the “real legal risk” is why it will restrict access to the blacklist to only authorised Australian Government buyers.
