Review of Morrison’s Moderna deal quietly delayed

An audit of the federal government’s controversial deal to bring Moderna to Melbourne to manufacture vaccines has been quietly delayed by four months, pushing its findings into the summer break.

The Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) had planned to report by September on its year-long probe of the 2021 procurement of Moderna, which is yet to deliver full scale COVID-19 vaccine production.
