Technological invention, commercialisation, industrialisation, and consumer use are the processes that puts energy to work for societies.
Since the industrial revolution, it is the abundant and affordable access to energy that determines a country’s prosperity and competitive advantage, and by extension, the quality of life of its inhabitants.
