A new platform that gives federal public servants a secure way to experiment with artificial intelligence models like OpenAI’s GPT-4o has launched, as the government looks to boost adoption across the APS.
Finance minister Katy Gallagher will on Thursday announce the whole-of-government service that the Department of Finance and other agencies have spent the last six months developing.
The government has also published a new set of AI Technical Standards, which have been designed by the Digital Transformation Agency to bring consistency to the design, development and operation of new AI systems.
