The cost of Salesforce at the National Disability Insurance Agency grew more than $30 million in six months despite serious concerns about the probity and management of the original software procurements.
New mandatory disclosures released this week confirm the agency extended its deals with the US supplier earlier this year, pushing its total spend with Salesforce to more than $170 million.
The lucrative extensions came despite several investigations, including some ongoing, about how the NDIA procured its technology.
